Ordering

Just like the rest of our shop, we made ordering as easy as possible. Ordering one or more products takes four steps, and each step only takes a few seconds.

  1. Put the product in your crate

    Go to the shop through the menu at the top and choose the product you want. You see the price, the quantity and a short description. Product names are in Dutch, as in the shop.

  2. Fill in your details

    From your crate it takes only two more steps. To process your order we need your name, address and e-mail address. Ordered before and created an account? Then your e-mail address and password are enough.

  3. Choose a collection or delivery date

    Choose when you collect your order in the shop, or have it delivered. That is possible on all days the shop is open. Is your date not listed? Get in touch: we always find a solution.

  4. Confirm your order

    Before confirming you can check your order and your details. Once everything looks right, your order is final, and you receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Payment

The whole ordering process is secured with an encrypted connection (https), so your personal details are protected.

Option 1: iDEAL

Pay online, quickly and safely, in the trusted environment of your own bank.

Option 2: cash or card

Collecting in the shop? Pay cash or by card. The same goes for delivery: we bring the card terminal. Simple!

Many products are fresh and prepared by hand, so the amount can sometimes differ slightly from what you see online. The difference is minimal.

Delivery

You can always collect your order in the shop at no extra cost, after 2 pm. You get an e-mail as soon as it is ready, and pay cash or by card.

We also deliver to your home for € 0,99 in Den Haag, Voorburg, Rijswijk, Mariahoeve and Leidschendam, ourselves, in reused boxes. Pay on delivery or in advance with iDEAL.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

We deliver ourselves in Den Haag, Voorburg, Rijswijk, Mariahoeve and Leidschendam for € 0,99. Fruit at work is delivered free of charge in the municipality of The Hague, on any day you like.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, at no extra cost, after 2 pm at Theresiastraat 236. You get an e-mail when it is ready.

How can I pay?

Online with iDEAL, or cash or card when collecting. For delivery we bring the card terminal.

Can I just send my shopping list?

Of course. Send your list on WhatsApp to 06 52 47 68 35 and we will get it ready for you.

When is the shop open?

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 17:00. Closed on Monday (no fresh supply), Thursday and Sunday.
